JG Home Builders of Greenville is locally owned and operated. We have been building homes in the Greenville area since 2005.
We focus on quality, and consider ourselves the local artisans of home building. We can take your dream of a home, create a plan, design the interior and exterior that will exceed your expectations with a custom home build tailored to your every want and desire.
Planning
We start with any existing plan or the dream you have for your custom home. We help you make decisions on specifics based on your overall wants and needs.
We also have several base planning options for you to choose from if you so desire.
Design
We take the overall plans and begin the painstaking design process. Every inch of your home will be designed to the most minute detail.
Our staff architects are unrivaled in home design, giving you the optimal design for your custom built home.
Build
Once we have completed the full design, we begin materials acquisition and start on your build on or before your scheduled start date.
You can be as involved in this process as you like. Feel free to check in for milestones, or simply wait for your finish date and enjoy your new home.
We pick the perfect site location for your home on the property, taking into consideration any wants or needs you may have for a pool, garden, outdoor living space or any view we should maximize.
Using our highly skilled architects, we will design your home within any HOA or district guidelines. The experience and expertise of our architects combined with your own thoughts and desires will produce results of which dreams are made. This includes assistance with interior design as well as finish and fixture selection that reflects your individual tastes.
You will receive a construction schedule as part of our agreement for your home. Any decisions or selections you need to make will be listed on the timeline, and you will see the full construction schedule at a glance. The result is your home being completed on time, with every aspect of your input being implemented in the home, producing unrivaled results.
