Who we are

We are a locally owned business, based in the city of Greenville, SC.

We have over 15 years' experience in the construction industry with over 10 years' experience building homes in Greenville, SC and the surrounding area. We have built over 60 homes total. Being locally based, we strive to support our local economy by using local contractors and suppliers when possible.

What we do

The owner of the company, Joel, works directly with you throughout the entire process. After the initial contract, you will not be shuffled off to a job superintendent, manager or other staff. You will work directly with Joel who is always present at the jobsite when work is being done. This eliminates virtually all problems created by miscommunication or misunderstanding between planning and design phases and the building phase. This model combined with the quality of our work means the end result of your home will meet or exceed your expectations.
